As a coach, you have the power and responsibility to shape the lives of young soccer players. You can help them develop not only their athletic skills but also their character, confidence, and creativity.
By supporting the ‘FUNdamental SOCCER – Bill of Rights’ you can ensure that your players have a positive and rewarding experience that fosters their love for the game and their personal growth. You can also benefit from the guidance, training, and resources that the Bill of Rights provides to help you become a better coach and mentor.

I solemnly commit to:
To fulfill my Duties as a Youth Coach and uphold the Laws of the Game
To study, understand, and faithfully implement the FUNdamental SOCCER Practice.
To replicate the excitement of the game by keeping the players continuously soccer game active. (No lines, No Laps, No lectures!)
To guide them through the FUNdamental Practice, I will:
To create a playing environment where hard work will feel like FUN, I will incorporate Cooperative (1 + 1) & Competitive (1 vs.1) Games, Cooperative & Competitive Small–Sided Games, and Scrimmages to make the learning experience enjoyable and effective.
To create an atmosphere that enables players to make independent decisions, I will use Cooperative (1 + 1) & Competitive (1 vs.1) Games, Cooperative & Competitive Small-Sided Games, and Scrimmages to encourage players to think for themselves on the field.
To create a learning environment where players are guided to teach themselves to become self-reliant, I will make use of Cooperative (1 + 1) & Competitive (1 vs.1), Cooperative & Competitive Small–Sided and Scrimmage Games as tools for player development.
To nurture and develop instinctive attacking and defending habits. I will include a goal to attack and a goal to defend in every activity to ensure a well-rounded development of these essential skills.
To instill sportsmanship, respect, and fair play values as examples for young minds, I will use Cooperative (1 + 1) & Competitive (1 vs.1), Cooperative & Competitive Small-Sided, and Scrimmage Games to teach these essential values.
To dedicate myself to the total development of each player, nurturing their physical, mental, and emotional growth, I will ensure that every training session will include Cooperative (1 + 1) & Competitive (1 vs.1), Cooperative & Competitive Small–Sided, and Scrimmage Games!
To continue educating myself to Be a Lifelong Learner, to Become the Best Coach I Can Be, open-minded to new ideas and methods that work, I will actively seek ways to incorporate Cooperative (1 + 1) & Competitive (1 vs.1) Games, Cooperative & Competitive Small-Sided Games, and Scrimmages as part of my evolving coaching strategy.
