Shirley Thompson began her soccer journey in the late ’80s. Quickly became integrated into everything soccer. She started as a coach and eventually became Tracy Youth Soccer League (TYSL) president. She served on District 8 and the California Youth Soccer Associations (CYSA) Boards. Her motto evidences her dedication to putting the needs of the young players first: "For the Good of the Game. LOVE of 'ALL' my children --- KIDS FIRST!”
