Career Highlights: • Teacher at the Physical Education Department at Westminster City Soccer before entering full-time Professional Football with Crystal Palace FC of the current Premier League. • Academy Director of Crystal Palace in London, England, from 1999 to 2003. Developed and implemented coaching programs for youth players ages 9 through 21. Instrumental in determining the Club's policy on tactics and implementing those tactics throughout all age levels. • Technical Director for the Bermuda Football Association from 2008-2011. Under his leadership, Bermuda rose 36 places in the FIFA World Rankings • Director of Coaching for the Knoxville Force and Academy Director for Knoxville Soccer Academy.
